Speakers shall keep their comments to under three (3) minutes, and those giving reports are urged to keep their reports to three (3) minutes or less. Please silence all electronic devices.
Note: The Board may take action on any agenda item. As required by the State Sunshine Law (HRS 92), specific issues not noted on this agenda cannot be voted on, unless added to the agenda. A two-thirds (2/3) vote (6) of this nine (9)-member Board is needed to add an item to the agenda. Adding an item to the agenda, however, is not permitted if (1) the item to be added is of reasonably major importance and (2) action on the item by the board will affect a significant number of persons. Determination of whether a specific matter may be added to an agenda must be done on a case-by-case basis.

11.1 Blaisdell Center Master Plan The 30-day comment period for the Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) for the Blaisdell Center Master Plan will end on December 10, 2018. 11.2 Ala Wai Canal Bridge Alternatives Analysis The City and County of Honolulu Department of Transportation Services (DTS) is conducting a pre-assessment consultation on a proposed pedestrian, bicycle, and emergency response bridge or modifications to one (1) or more existing bridges located along the Ala Wai Canal. 13.3 Upcoming Committee Meetings The next meeting for Community Action Committee (CAC) will be held on Thursday, December 13, 2018 at the Ala Moana Regional Park, McCoy Pavilion Dining Room.
13.4 lelo Broadcasts Broadcasts of the Ala Moana-Kaka ako Neighborhood Board No. 11 meetings are on lelo 49 on the first and third Thursdays at 8:00 a.m. and every second Sunday at 6:00 p.m.
13.5 No Loitering Please do not loiter on Makiki Christian Church grounds after 9:00 p.m. Mahalo.
